Class Information
Payment information: Your first month’s tuition is due at your first class.
Absences/Make-Ups: If you can’t make it to your regular class, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. You can make up your missed class in another age-appropriate class anytime there is availability, as long as you remain enrolled. To schedule a make-up class go to www.kindermusikwithbronwen.com and click on More/Make-Ups. If you haven’t yet set up an account you will be prompted to do so. Your email address is your username, and your password is the name of the oldest child you have (ever) enrolled with me, which you can change at anytime. Once you are logged in you will be able to select another class to attend as a make-up. With at least a week’s notice of travel plans, I will gladly pause your enrolment until you return.
Dropping a class: If you need to discontinue, please give me at least two weeks notice. If you are unhappy with the class for any reason, let’s discuss, as I’m sure we can find a solution!
Switching Days/Times/Classes: Subject to availability, switching days/times of classes can be done at any time. You can do this either by discussing with me, or by accessing your account via www.kindermusikwithbronwen.com where you will be able to select a different class time.
Illness: If you or or your child is unwell, I request that you stay home. We can schedule a make up class anytime.
Non-enrolled siblings: Non-enrolled siblings under 9mo of age are welcome in class. After this time, the sibling rate will be charged, unless they also attend their own age-appropriate class. If you need to bring another sibling from time to time, please let me know in advance. All siblings are welcome to attend sharing time for Level 3, 4 and 5 classes with their caregiver.
Mobile phone usage: Mobile phones are a distraction to young children. Please keep them in your bag or on a high shelf at all times except when being used to take photos.
Parent participation: Foundation, Level 1 and Level 2 classes are designed for full parental or other caregiver involvement. Please wear comfortable clothes so we can enjoy playful fun together. For Level 3, 4 and 5 classes, parents or other caregivers are requested to stay in the building, and join the children for sharing time at the end of class.
Class Music: When you enroll, I will create a my.kindermusik.com account for you. Click on “first time logging in? Click here to activate your account” to access your class music, stories, activities and games! You will receive a new unit each month. You have the choice to stream or download your music and activities to continue the fun and learning at home.
